Send us the disc. We send back the report — and the patient.
For physicians, physical therapists, chiropractors, pain specialists, OBs, midwives and doulas who have a patient with a spine, disc or nerve problem that has not responded to what they have tried.
How a referral works
- Text or call (913) 355-5998 with the patient's name and number, or have them call and mention you.
- The evaluation is free for referred patients. History, examination, imaging review, and a first treatment if appropriate.
- You receive a written summary within a day — findings, candidacy, and what we recommend.
- The patient stays yours. If they need you again, or need a surgeon, we send them, with the paper.
Who to send
- Herniated or bulging discs with radicular symptoms
- Sciatica or cervical radiculopathy that has not settled
- Degenerative disc problems and facet-mediated pain with positional symptoms
- Selected stenosis patients with positional leg symptoms
- Persistent pain after surgery, without hardware at the symptomatic level
- Pregnancy-related low back and pelvic pain from week 12
Who not to send
Fracture, tumor, infection, severe osteoporosis, instability, cord-level symptoms, or any red flag that needs imaging or urgent care first.
