We discuss your symptoms, history and what you've already tried.

Evaluate
We perform a focused examination and review relevant imaging when available.

Start
If appropriate, you can begin treatment during your initial visit.
Bring: any imaging reports or discs you have, a list of what you have already tried, and comfortable clothes. Plan on about 45 minutes.
