SMS Messaging Policy

Axis Spine & Disc texts patients and prospective patients only when they have agreed to it. The full opt-in wording, a screenshot of the form, and our confirmation, STOP and HELP messages are on how we text.

What We Send

• Care texts (if you agree): visit reminders and confirmations, check-ins, intake and payment links, receipts, and replies to your messages. Some come from Axis, our automated assistant.
• Promotional texts (only if you separately agree): occasional offers, a few times a year at most.

Consent

You agree by checking the box for that kind of text on our website form (/schedule/ or /contact/), the only way to sign up for our texts. Both boxes start unchecked and neither is required. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency, Rates & Opting Out

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will get one confirmation ("Axis Spine & Disc: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages.") and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in and HELP for help, or call (913) 355-5998.

Privacy

Texts never carry health details; those go by secure link. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties or affiliates. See our Privacy Policy.
